Dealt with Mick, Troy, Owen, Georgie and Dave. Quote was done, insulation was delayed and they promised they would contact me in August when they got stock. Rang me last week and the crew just finished installing now within a week. Clean, tidy and all of them were great people to deal with. Highly recommend.

Horrible customer service. Failed to attend a confirmed appointment or call to explain. When contacted, not apologetic and then got irritated by simple questions while making alternative arrangements, and then hung up on me! Sadly I would not recommend based on Martin's lack of professionalism.

Michael and Troy were good to deal with, good suggestions on colour to avoid a hot roof. Big impact to reduce heat in the house. Had insulation and roof painted quickly as part of a bigger reno.

We’ve just had a huge area installed with magnetite. The install team are great guys and a pleasure to have in one’s home. It’s only been a couple of chilly nights since the instal but already we can feel the difference.

Used Mr insulation a while back now and wouldn’t recommend them at all.They damaged a power point in the ceiling which serviced our range hood.I had agreed with the owner Martin to get my electrician to fix it and supply a report as if the probable cause of the damage. Well we did that and the cost was $100 but then Martin renegged and said they weren’t going to pay as it was an old home (1980’s) and it May of been something else that caused it!After another week of arguing this with the company they eventually said they would pay half $50 but still didn’t end up honouring that either.Steer clear of this outfit.

Top class service.After getting the run around from other company's Jarrad came through for us immediately and solved my supply issue within the hour.Will be using this company from now on for all my needs.Many thanks.

Awesome Company and great people

Absolute horrible experience. Expensive. And useless. Graham heard the noises I was trying to cut out and assured me it would help. It did nothing but lighten my wallet. Install was messy. I need to repaint thanks to the glue they use. Trust me. Do not use magnetite. I’m stuck with a useless shield over my window.

We're very happy with the secondary windows installed to all our bedrooms and the quality are good. Graham and his team are absolutely professional, clean and neat for the entire installation process at our home. I'll definitely recommend them to others. Well done!
