Mr. Insulation

Horrible customer service. Failed to attend a confirmed appointment or call to explain. When contacted, not apologetic and then got irritated by simple questions while making alternative arrangements, and then hung up on me! Sadly I would not recommend based on Martin's lack of professionalism.

Used Mr insulation a while back now and wouldn’t recommend them at all.They damaged a power point in the ceiling which serviced our range hood.I had agreed with the owner Martin to get my electrician to fix it and supply a report as if the probable cause of the damage. Well we did that and the cost was $100 but then Martin renegged and said they weren’t going to pay as it was an old home (1980’s) and it May of been something else that caused it!After another week of arguing this with the company they eventually said they would pay half $50 but still didn’t end up honouring that either.Steer clear of this outfit.

Our old insulation was in a very bad way. Rodents had been living in the roof space for years and we couldn't get any Perth insulation company to remove and install new insulation. Martin and the team were straight onto it and completed the whole job in less than 5 hours. We were super impressed and have no hesitation in recommending Mr Insulation!

Confirmed appointment, didn't show. I had organised other trades to do work the next day. No call or text and when I finally got a hold of him he says it's because it rained the other day, ok but why not take 5 seconds to send a message, he then became aggressive on the phone.

2nd time in 15 years (different houses) I have used Mr Insulation and can't recommend them highly enough.Kim was amazing at organising our quote and co-ordinating the installation.Scott did the installation which included removing all the old blown in insulation - Horrible Stuff - and installed new batts. Noticed the difference straight away, especially over the kids room.THANK YOU!!

This company was recommended to me. I was given a quote through their use of Google earth. But after numerous phones calls to get them to come out and inspect my roof for an accurate pricing. Never saw them, never rang. Very disappointed, total lack of service.

First Rate Service. The installation team was 'very' thorough in the removal of our very old blow in insulation. New batts into every nook and cranny. Friendly and left our home a clean site. Well priced. Top job done.

From the start, Martin was able to come by and provide a free initial quote without even needing to enter the home (Worked well because work full time) and provided an unbeatable price!We went ahead with the works and Michael installed the new batts and provided a excellent service by taking us up into the roof space and showing us the works done. Works were completed in a couple hours.Its been a few months now and can definitely say it was well worth it !With winter slowly passing we haven't had the need to run the heater and also recently going through a 37 degree day( Perth's Current weird weather) did not run the air-con at all. The product does exactly what Martin recommended and we couldn't be happier.A big thank you to the MR INSULATION TEAM ! Would defiantly recommend and give these guys a go.

Waited 2 months for install date. They turned up, decided that the job was not suited to the equipment they brought on the day. They then wanted to re quote the job but never sent the new quote. They clearly just didn't want to do the job. Decided to do it myself and saved $1500
